Enfield Management Services (Pty) Ltd undertakes all the functions required to effectively administer and operate the properties owned by Master Tyre Properties (Pty) Ltd and Threson (Pty) Ltd.

These responsibilities include the management of landlord-tenant relationships, property broker liaison, rent collection, maintenance and repairs of properties and property records. Enfield Management Services also provides accounting, secretarial and administration services to the property-owning entities.

The property portfolios under management consist primarily of industrial buildings which has enabled Enfield Management Services to acquire specialist knowledge in this sector of the market. The properties are in strategic locations in the Western Cape and Gauteng and include modern warehousing and distribution facilities, manufacturing factories and industrial parks.

Currently Enfield Management Services is only engaged in administering the properties owned by Master Tyre Properties and Threson.
